Larry E. Bray has been practicing law for more than 25 years. His areas of practice include Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration, Elder Law, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Commercial Litigation, Music and Entertainment (formerly of BMG's major recording label RCA Records, New York).  Mr. Bray also overseas a consumer and commercial collections department in his firm which services major banks, businesses and attorney networks.

Background

Born in 1955, Larry Bray earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in 1977 from the State University of New York at Albany where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He received his Juris Doctor Degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University in 1980.

Mr. Bray is a member in good standing of the Commercial Law League of America (the leading commercial law trade organization in the United States ), the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, as well as local bar associations. Mr. Bray is admitted to practice law in both the states of Florida and New York , and practices in State and Federal Court as well as before the American Arbitration Association.
